Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 90 days. If more than 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to our warehouse, as returns are processed in a different department.


PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 90 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times vary before refunds are posted.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at:

GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

SHIPPING

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
  • Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
