DELIVERY TIMES

Your purchases may ship from different locations and may arrive in multiple packages.

The delivery timeframe is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 6 hours after being placed. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping time: Once dispatched, international delivery usually takes 7–14 business days.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery before considering cancellation.


TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS

You will receive email updates with estimated delivery details at each stage of your shipment.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with final tracking information.
You can also check your delivery status on our Track Your Order page.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • If you request a change of address directly with your local post office, Mera is not responsible for lost or misdelivered parcels. Address changes must be requested with Mera’s customer care team before your order ships.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Public Holidays: Shipping days exclude weekends and national public holidays.
  • We proudly continue to offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
